Which scent should I choose?
Each scent is described above. If you can't decide, a Mini Pack lets them try four scents in 65g minis, or the Complete Signature Box has all eight. Our team is also happy to help on live chat.
What are the candles made from?
They're hand poured with 100% soy wax and cotton wicks, using French-designed, paraben-free fragrances. They're vegan and phthalate free. Allergen information for every scent is on each product page.
How long do they burn?
Each candle has 50+ hours of burn time. The Premier Packs give over 200 hours combined, and the Complete Signature Box over 400.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Every scent box set comes with a free personal note and a bottle of matches. For their name printed on the candle itself, choose a personalised gift.
How quickly will it arrive?
UK delivery is free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked and takes 1–2 working days. Need it tomorrow? Choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout (£7.99) for delivery before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays).
What if they're not happy with it?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery for a refund (return postage is paid by you). If something arrives damaged or faulty, or it's the wrong item, we'll pay the postage and send a free replacement.
