What's the difference between Premium and Deluxe?
Both include their personalised 220g candle. The Premium set adds one full-size scented candle, four mini candles and a match jar. The Deluxe set adds three full-size scented candles, all eight mini candles and two match jars.
How do I personalise my candle?
Choose your gift, jar colour and scent, then add their name, a date and an optional message for the label. You can also add a free note for inside the box. Please check spelling and dates before adding it to your basket.
How quickly will it arrive?
Every UK order ships free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked, arriving in 1–2 working days. Order by 3:50pm (UK time) on a working day for same-day dispatch.
Can I get it there tomorrow?
Yes. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout for £7.99, for delivery before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays).
Can I send it straight to them?
Of course. Just enter their address at checkout and add your note.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We deliver to Europe (EU countries, Norway and Switzerland) by tracked Royal Mail Airmail, taking 3–10 days, for £9.99. We don't currently deliver to the US or Australia.
