Why do some candles tunnel?
Tunnelling is when a candle burns only down the centre, leaving unburnt wax around the wick. This wastes wax, makes the candle harder to light and can ultimately lead to your candle not lasting very long.
This can be caused by a number of different things:
- Low quality wax as some waxes have different melting points and the climate your candle is in can affect how the wax melts
- A wick that’s too short as the flame won’t have enough power to burn the outer wax
- Not allowing the candle to burn for long enough on its first few burns. The melted wax pool won’t have a chance to melt the outer edges of the candle
- Burning conditions can cause tunnelling as well, avoid burning your candle outside in windy conditions
Why is a big flame occuring when lit?
A big flame occurs when there is debris on your candle and/or the wick is too long and needs to be trimmed.
How long should my wick be?
Your candle wick should be roughly half a centimetre long, you can use our wick trimmer to keep your wick the proper length.

How to fix a candle that's tunnelled?
The most effective way to fix a tunnelled candle is to extinguish the flame and hold a hair dryer, on a low setting above your candle. As you carefully melt the wax from the sides of the candle jar, the tunnelling should reduce
How do I choose the right scent?

How long will my candle burn for?
It depends on how the candle is taken care of but if properly taken care of you can expect 50 amazing burning hours.
How do I look after my candle?
- Trim your wick after each use, aim for a length of half a centimetre (5mm).
- Keep your candle away from drafts
- Keep your candle in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight as this can discolour the wax over time.
- Allow the wax to fully melt on the first few burns
- Keep the wax pool area clear of any debris such as charred pieces of wick.
Are our products eco-friendly?
We only use certified sustainable packaging and high quality ingredients for our candles. Our scents are designed in France and are Vegan Friendly, Paraben-free and Phthalates-free.
We use high quality soy wax and cotton wicks.
What's the difference between our packages?
Our most basic package contains your candle, a luxury bottle of white tipped extra long matches and an optional personalised note. You the have the option to upgrade to a box set with tea lights with a tea light holder, a burner with wax melts, bath salts with essential oils or everything above in our ultimate gift set.

How do I personalise my candle?
Once you have chosen your scent, the personalisation of your candle is carried out on the product page - you are able to apply a name, date and personalised message to your order and this is then added to your custom label.
Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order by getting in touch with us via live chat or email. Provided you get in contact with us before the deadline for amendments, we will be able to alter any aspect of your order for you.
How do I use my promo code?
Once you’ve added your product to our cart and are going through our checkout process, you will find a box to put your promo code into.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time of your order takes … . We offer a variety of different shipping options, if you’re based in the UK then delivery can be expected within 1-3 business days. If you’re ordering to an address outside the UK, then the delivery time is around 1-12 business days. For a full list of our delivery information, please refer to our delivery page.
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we only offer shipping to the UK on retail orders. For bulk orders we can ship worldwide, please contact us for more info.
My order still hasn't arrived
Sorry to hear the order hasn’t arrived yet, but we aim to deliver our orders within 3 business days. If this time period has passed and you’ve not received your order then please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll assist you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged then please contact us and we’ll organise a replacement package for you.
What is our refund policy?
You have 30 days no matter the issue to contact us and return your item for a full refund.
I've received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you’ve received the wrong item then please get in contact with our customer service team via live chat or email and we’ll organise a replacement package for you with the correct product.
How do I cancel my order?
