Choose your delivery option at checkout. Every option is tracked.
Order by 3:50pm (UK time) on a working day and we'll dispatch your gift the same day.
We don't currently ship to the United States or Australia.
Before it arrives
Tracking
Tracking numbers are sent as soon as they're available after your order has been shipped.
Signatures
Royal Mail Special Delivery is tracked and signed for. Other deliveries are sent with no signature required, unless you request one.

Even personalised gifts are refundable
You can return any item, including personalised gifts, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is paid by you.
30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and send your item back for a refund. Return postage is paid by you.
Made a typo?
If the mistake was ours, we'll make a new one free and send it out as a priority. If the typo was in the details entered with your order, our 30-day returns apply.
Arrived damaged?
Contact us and we'll pay the postage and send a free replacement.
Wrong item?
Get in touch by live chat, email or phone and we'll pay the postage and send a free replacement with the correct product.
How long does delivery take?
Every UK order is sent free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked and arrives in 1–2 working days. Need it fast? Choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £7.99 and it will arrive before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays).
Orders to Europe are sent with tracked Royal Mail Airmail and take 3–10 days (£9.99). Order by 3:50pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. See all delivery options.
Can I get my gift next day?
Yes. Choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £7.99 and your order will arrive before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays). Special Delivery is tracked and signed for. Order by 3:50pm on a working day so it goes out the same day.
Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver across the UK and to Europe (EU countries, Norway and Switzerland). We don't currently ship to the United States or Australia.
My order still hasn't arrived
Sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet. We send tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped, so please check those first. If it still hasn't arrived, get in touch with our customer service team and we'll help.
