Returns and refunds

You can return any item, including personalised gifts, within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to return an item

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery by email at hello@customwicks.co.uk, by phone on 08000 23 54 52, or by live chat.

2. Send the item back to us. Return postage is paid by you.

3. We'll refund you once we've received the item back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we'll pay the postage and send you a free replacement.

Made a typo?

If the mistake was ours, we'll make a new one free and send it out as a priority. If the typo was in the details entered with your order, our 30-day returns apply.

Delivery

Every UK order is sent free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked and arrives in 1–2 working days. Order by 3:50pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Need it by 1pm the next day? Choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £7.99.
