Will it arrive in time?
Every UK order ships free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked, arriving in 1–2 working days. Order by 3:50pm (UK time) on a working day for same-day dispatch. For urgent gifts, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £7.99, for delivery before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to Europe (EU countries, Norway and Switzerland) with Royal Mail Airmail, tracked, in 3–10 days for £9.99. We don't currently deliver to the US or Australia.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch, send the item back to us (return postage is paid by you), and we'll refund you.
