Candle care & safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Stop using the candle when about 2cm of wax is left.

Will it arrive in time?
Every UK order ships free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked, arriving in 1–2 working days. Order by 3:50pm (UK time) on a working day for same-day dispatch. For urgent gifts, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £7.99, for delivery before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to Europe (EU countries, Norway and Switzerland) with Royal Mail Airmail, tracked, in 3–10 days for £9.99. We don't currently deliver to the US or Australia.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch, send the item back to us (return postage is paid by you), and we'll refund you. If something arrives damaged or faulty, or it's the wrong item, we'll pay the postage and send a free replacement. See our delivery & returns page for the details.
What makes your candles different?
Each candle is hand poured in the Scottish Highlands with 100% soy wax and a cotton wick, and comes gift boxed with a luxury bottle of matches.
