How long does delivery take?

We offer a variety of different shipping options, if you’re based in the UK then delivery can be expected within 1-3 business days. If you’re ordering to an address outside the UK, then the delivery time is around 1-12 business days. For a full list of our delivery information, please refer to our delivery page.

How do I personalise my candle?

Once you have chosen your scent, the personalisation of your candle is carried out on the product page - you are able to apply a name, date and personalised message to your order and this is then added to your custom label.

Are our products eco-friendly?

We only use certified sustainable packaging and high quality ingredients for our candles. Our scents are designed in France and are Vegan Friendly, Paraben-free and Phthalates-free.

We use high quality soy wax and cotton wicks.

What's the difference between our packages?

Our most basic package contains your candle, a luxury bottle of white tipped extra long matches and an optional personalised note. You the have the option to upgrade to a box set with tea lights with a tea light holder, a burner with wax melts, bath salts with essential oils or everything above in our ultimate gift set.
