Candle care & safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Stop using the candle when about 2cm of wax is left.

How do I personalise my candle?
Choose your gift, jar colour and scent, then add their name, a date and an optional message for the label. You can also add a free note for inside the box. Please check spelling and dates before adding it to your basket.
Will it arrive in time?
Every UK order ships free with Royal Mail Standard Tracked, arriving in 1–2 working days. Order by 3:50pm (UK time) on a working day for same-day dispatch. For urgent gifts, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout (£7.99) for delivery before 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays). We also deliver to Europe (EU countries, Norway and Switzerland) by tracked Royal Mail Airmail in 3–10 days for £9.99.
What if I'm not sure which scent to choose?
Choose “Any” and we'll pick for you, or reach out on live chat and we'll help you find the right one.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery for a refund (return postage is paid by you). If something arrives damaged or faulty, or it's the wrong item, we'll pay the postage and send a free replacement. If we get your personalisation wrong, we'll make a new one free.
